Why Enterprises should plan to make a smooth move to IP Telephony??
The reason why enterprises should plan to make a smooth move to IP Telephony is the advantage it offers in terms of integrating different application with communication infrastructure, which will help improve business process.Whether to go for IP or not is tricky, as some enterprises would have made investment in the telephony segment already.
It is entirely possible to integrate a new VOIP network into an old telecoms system ; for example, if budget is limited or if there is preservation order on an old building, preventing major work on the structure.Larger organization will often address the move to IP on a site by site basis;sites that have not yet been converted to IP telephony can continue to reuse older system that are integrated via Gateway.
Appropriate telephony engineering can provided near seamless calling between the old and new system and can even add new service to legacy system such as IP, conferencing, or unified messaging. Some organization may even chose to provide the new system only to workers who can benefit the most from new capabilities such as multimedia calling and instant messaging.
A 100% IP deployment would surely make their lives easier and simpler, giving managers the freedom for more active management along with giving user the reach to larger application than a hybrid system.Interoperability with other telephony infrastructure is important for integrating all business communication into a seamless and unified experience for customer.

Is it right to say that new developments of Technologies also bring new challenging Issues
Many people think that in today era technology is a solution to some of the problems that exist on our planet. It’s true that technology is somewhat proven to be effective, but they forget with the advent of new developments of tools and technology also brings new challenging issues. The digital divide is one such issue, one that people are actively trying to overcome. Telecentres focus to bridge the digital divide by providing people acess and efficient and reliable knowledge about information technologies. A global telecentre movement is growing right now. Unfortunately, even where computer facilities are available, the digital divide persists—even in the world's most wealthy countries, access to the latest and most beneficial technologies is limited for those in rural areas and people with this. There are many other issues to be taken into consideration when talking about ICTs beyond the digital divide and universal accessibility. The internet has created new and innovative ways for people to shape and share their identity, and express themselves. However, to some people, the internet can appear to be a something to fear. The rise of online networking, shopping, banking and other online interactions that ask people to share a large amount of personal information have led to a number of risks that every internet user needs to bear in mind.however, telecommunication companies and governments around the world own the infrastructure behind the internet, and different governments and companies are asserting that ownership in different ways. No sole entity controls the internet, which is making the concept of internet governance or the uniform application of rules a very complicated issue.Today technology have been made, creating a new world of possibilities. Our challenge is to sort out how to make the best useof these technology - both the existing and the emerging - for good, and how to assure its access and use it in the most effective and efficient manner.
